Terms of service
The agreement between you and Bookised. In plain language, because you should be able to see what you are starting — and how to get out of it again.

1. Who we are
Bookised provides online scheduling software that lets business owners build their own booking page and take appointments. You can reach us at info@bookised.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of Bookised: the website, your account, your booking page and everything that comes with it. They apply from the moment you create an account. Other terms — yours, for instance — do not apply unless we agree so in writing.
You use Bookised as a business, not as a consumer. If you are in fact acting as a consumer, your statutory rights remain fully intact.
3. Your account
You create your own account and are responsible for what happens with it. Keep your password to yourself. Think someone else can get into your account? Set a new password straight away and let us know.
One account belongs to one business: you can have one booking page per account. You make sure the details you fill in are correct — your clients rely on them.
4. Building is free, being online is not
Building your page costs nothing and asks for no payment details. As long as no subscription is running, your page is not online: visitors see a neutral “coming online soon” page. You can still view it yourself and share it through your private link, and no real bookings can come in.
5. The first 14 days
When you start a subscription, the first 14 days are free — once per account. You set up a direct debit mandate for it; nothing is charged at that moment.
Cancel within those 14 days and you pay nothing. You keep access until the end of the trial period. If you don't cancel, your subscription continues automatically and we collect the monthly amount for the first time right after the trial period.
6. Subscription, prices and payment
A subscription runs per month. Current prices are on our pricing page; today that is £15 a month for Pro and £40 a month for Business, excluding VAT.
Payment is by direct debit, always in advance for the coming month. Payments run through our payment provider; we never store bank details ourselves.
If a collection fails we try again and let you know. If payment does not arrive, we may take your page offline and end the subscription. Your data is still kept as described in article 11.
We may adjust our prices. We announce a price increase at least 30 days in advance by e-mail; if you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
7. Cancelling and changing plan
You cancel yourself in your dashboard, with one click. No notice period, no e-mail, no phone call.
- During the trial period: you keep your remaining free days and nothing is charged.
- On a running subscription: you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that the collection stops and your page goes offline.
- You can upgrade at any time; the difference is settled.
We may end a subscription if you breach these terms, if you structurally fail to pay, or if we discontinue Bookised. In that last case we let you know at least 30 days in advance and refund prepaid months pro rata.
8. What you use Bookised for
You use Bookised for your own business, and not to:
- offer anything that is against the law;
- mislead others about who you are or what you provide;
- send unsolicited messages to people who did not ask for them;
- overload, copy or resell the service without our permission.
If we see abuse we may step in — from a warning to taking a page offline. For something serious that can be immediate.
9. Your content stays yours
Texts, photos, prices, your client data and your bookings: all of it stays yours. You only grant us the right to display and process that content as far as it is needed to provide the service — showing your page and sending confirmation e-mails, for instance.
You warrant that you are allowed to use that content and that you are not infringing anyone else's rights. If someone else does claim something, you indemnify us for it.
10. Our software stays ours
Bookised itself — the software, the design, the name and the logo — stays ours. You get a right of use for as long as your subscription runs, no more and no less.
11. Personal data
How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy. For your clients' data you are the controller and we are the processor; those arrangements are in the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.
After your subscription ends we keep your data for another 30 days, so you can come back without rebuilding everything. After that we delete it. Want to leave sooner? We delete your account on request.
12. Availability
We do everything we can to keep Bookised running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We schedule maintenance outside office hours where possible and announce it when it is noticeable.
If something goes wrong, report it at info@bookised.com. We pick up outages as fast as we can.
13. Liability
We are only liable for direct damage resulting from an attributable failure on our part, up to a maximum of the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.
We are not liable for consequential damage, lost revenue, missed appointments or loss of data beyond our control. These limits do not apply in the case of intent or wilful recklessness on our part.
14. Force majeure
If we cannot meet our obligations because of something outside our control — an outage at a supplier, a power cut, a cyberattack — we are not liable for it. If it lasts longer than 30 days, either of us may end the agreement.
15. Changes
We may change these terms. For a substantive change we let you know at least 30 days in advance by e-mail. If you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
16. Complaints and applicable law
Got a complaint? Tell us first at info@bookised.com — most things are sorted out that way.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, we put it before the competent court in the Netherlands.
